- Flexible Rent: Possibility to adjust the duration of your rent, with a minimum of one year. Our consultants are always available.
- Communal Spaces: It is possible to use the communal spaces upon prior reservation through the My Living app.
- The keys will be delivered the day of check-in and will need to be returned by the day of check-out, as agreed in the contract.
Health and Safety
- Porter: The porter service at Parco Vittoria is available 24 h, 365 days of the year.
- Video Surveillance: The video surveillance system is active 24h, 365 days of the year.
- Fire Prevention System: In accordance with the law, Flat Tower is equipped with a fire prevention system to ensure the safety of all guests.
Info and Cancellation Policy
- The condominium fees are included in the rental fee.
- The agency fees are excluded from the rental fee.
- Timing: It is possible to cancel within 6 months prior to the expiration of the contract.
- Method: Cancellation can be done using the My Living app.
